Heres a spot were i disturbed 3 Roe Deer - you can see where 1 had been laid down, towards top left of image.
An interesting location for an old nest, in an old tin - maybe a Robin or a thrush
An ex-Hedgehog - im pretty sure this has been turned inside out & eaten by a Fox.....
A scoped check of a Leo nest tub reveals it filled with dry leaves & fresh pine branches - sure sign that a Grey Squirrel is in occupation...
An area of game cover held a mixed flock of 100's of finches - mostly Linnet & Greenfinch & attracting a ringtail in.
NB: Always remember to keep to the track & off private property when youre in the countryside - unless you have permission - YOU Never know who's watching......
