Vixen vermin / Chat / Harrier

Another one bites the dust
Very freshly killed and left at the side of the public footpath

I had a closer look, a bit macabre, but a good chance to see it in detail

Another sunny mild day,

Firsts of the year for me included Peacock butterfly, Meadow Pipits in display flights, another sure sign of Spring being a fine cock Stonechat - what a superb bonus ( i failed to connect with these close to home last year )

Others seen included mixed flocks of 400 Yeellowhammer / Tree Sparrow
and
yet another ringtail contact
see 3 times, trying for Linnets and taking a mammal on the ground:-
